Question........

Having been in and out of this stock a couple of times over the past year and a half, I took some profit last week with the intention of buying back in this week. When I placed my order this morning, with TDA, I as told that this security is only allowed sell orders due to a DTC chill. Figuring this was just a TDA thing, I contacted Scottrade with the intention of moving some funds to an account there for trading CBIS. I was told by the Scottrade rep as well that there is indeed a DTC chill, and only sell orders are allowed. Does anyone know why this is chilled? How long? Is this a broker specific thing?

Thanks in advance for your replies.
