Doesn't appear to be anything unexpected in the Q. Pretty standard. Late filing due to Hurricane Sandy as auditors are located in NJ.

One thing that does stand out to me is the liquidity of the company. It is key that there are enough funds in place to keep the company running for atleast a year.
