That is Frank's believe not the wallstreet' believe. Who know market and values of a company better? Certainly not Frank. Do not expect audit results could bring any new blood to this Q. Beside, who know in the future how much shares are going to be authorized? Uncertanty. With this big O/S, it is just hard to prevent from the ill circulation due to daytrade, no big investor's invest and new shares dumping. It took 1.5-2 bil volumes to rise the pps to 2.8 cents and at that time the o/s is about 9.5 bil. it is almost 16% of O/S to move the market. But know it may need minimum 3.5 bil of daily volume to move the market up which equal to almost 78 mil trade per minute. hard to imaging that could happen. Bottom line, this stock go nowhere unless reverse split and large financial institute invest. JMHO
