We don't know if Prurisol is an anti-inflammatory like the psoriasis drugs that the article says helps people with Alzheimers. It may be some completely different mechanism, especially since this is kind of a "repurposed" drug that is already approved. If it is some different form of methotrexate or some other cancer drug, it is doubtful that it would be an anti-inflammatory.
