Joe has funded what? Revenues are tiny and haven't grown from 2011 to 2012 per income statements filed. Whatever he is doing with the money from shares sales it's not funding any growth in revenues of QASP. Company still losing money as well. We have no growth during a period when Joe has increased O/S 20 times from when becoming CEO. No matter what else he has done he's failed in every financial measure a CEO can for common shareholders. The main ones stock down over 90% and no revenue growth even after all his dilution and r/s. Anyone who thinks he's done good job for common or QASP just ignores the facts. Just ignores he created this mess with Dean. Then comes in and wipes out shareholders he helped scam with his r/s but he the good guy lol. He's taught Dean IMO and when Jeff would not continue P & D share selling he takes over. Joe goes back to same P & D plan he had with Dean right down to same small flight school. So he can try and make all his new dilution seem less. Well it didn't work and share price relects that.
