The only reason why RAYS and most other penny stocks drop is because of shorters with margin accounts or some hedge funds prints up phantom/counterfeit shares and dilute the company. This is thievery in the clearest definition. Volume or a counterattack by the company typically rectifies this problem. The best thing that could happen to RAYS at this time, is a stock club gets involved again.

In any event, the shorters are trying to drive the price down by stealing our money again, but I personally think RAYS may have some surprises in store for them. Today' move up and volume may indicate something is afloat.
