I agree for the most part...We have yet to see if they are following through with the LEDs. They were supposed to buyout/merge 2 companies in April, hasn't happened yet. They supposedly got a GSA contract to sell LEDs to the government, not a single sale yet. They signed a contract in Jan to be a LEDs America Reseller for LEDs and Streetlights in India and Saudi Arabia,not a single sale yet. They said they were buying 49% of Apollo, yet have only bought roughly 12%. That's not really following through.

IF they actually complete the Pilot Project, and they are awarded the whole contract(s) THEN this thing will explode
