Payment for services rendered. I guess you haven't heard that MMTC has financing now with insiders buying shares, so he could have opted for cash. But he, being CFO, took shares for his salaried work (not a gift), which in my opinion speaks volumes about how he feels about the direction is headed. Better get more shares yourself. MMTC ROCKS!!!!!!!
