SAN CLEMENTE, Calif., Nov. 21, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Vizstar, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: VIZS) has announced the Company has successfully completed the Due Diligence for the acquisition of Kimberly Parry Corporation. Both parties have agreed to the purchase of Kimberly Parry Corporation by Vizstar, Inc. It is anticipated the transaction will close by the end of 2012.
