Actually I have mixed emotions about that Tate. Even though he is the mastermind, he doesn't actually do the deed. If he was indeed caught, I would be afraid that it would set off things all over the world.
If he is caught, I think they should just lock him up and say nothing about it!
I'm being humanitarian.....they should really hang him by his toes!
