High profile murder .......

Daniel Horiwitz wife is murdered ......

To start my sympathy to family and friends .....

If DNA was found, and there are no witnesses ......

two things can happen here ......

1) DNA is run through CODIS

a) No match ...

b) match on file suspect nabbed ........

2) DNAWITNESS is used and run through CODIS ......

a) No match but now have a "predictive" assesment IE: Heritage etc, etc, etc ......

b) match on file suspect nabbed ......

Now the Question is ........

to expedite as well as cost effectiveness ......

what do you think they should do? ......
