1. The letter of indemnification is signed by Goldberg and it says approved by the board of directors (Golberg wouldn't be lying would he?) This is now clearly a Marine Exploration, Inc. liability which is far more important to Hispaniola/Webber than to the divers. Me for one.

Im sure with the on going concern you express, you must have read these posts before. If not you can call. In those posts are the name , address and phone number of the Ramos Law firm handling the case. Mr. Ramos speaks English so you will have no problem. I will go one better.
