You are correct madwop. Probably 99.99% of OTC stocks are worthless but how many OTC stocks go thru reverse merges with a heavy asset company of $55 mil? The question is and if you take some time to read Philip's blog site, he states he will not agree to NVAE shareholders getting a bear skin while others get a bison skin.

The big question is how big will the conversion be and what will be the new outstanding share basis? And, why did the shares reduce dramatically as per the last financial during the dark period? I look at this deal with Philip and Regus as being a stepping stone to rebuild credibility. So will insiders/institutions/Regus/Philip get virtually all of the o/s or will NVAE holders get a reasonable % of maybe 5-10+% of the new outstanding?
