Elay APS Pick - Did anyone see WDCO on L2 in Elay, I am hearing someone saw WDCO MM in ELAY

If anyone saw him, ELAY is the APS PICK


OR


DEEL - another shopping site, same share structure as other APS pick, 2 large blocks of trade on this sleeping giant dumped this Wed and Friday, same legal guy as other APS picks, Nevada registered, same PPS as other APS picks, website down causing the delay in releasing their pick
