Yesterday, I sent 3 and received 2 text messages from LT.
I said, "Good morning LT. There is an E on CTDT's symbol. Was the 10-Q filed? When will it be done and the E taken off?" Then I wrote, "LT, Please give me an update about the 10-Q filing."
Lt said, "Filing I have the final unaudited version if the filing...I also have word that the XBRL data us being done. It really is out of my hands...I have done a lot but I have done all I can do."
I wrote, "Are there any surprises in the 10-Q?" He wrote, "? As u can imagine, because I have seen all of it, I cannot comment on about that which I now have privileged knowledge. However, all the previous statements I have made about this filing were thoroughly researched and corportately vetted. I stand by and the company stands by all I have said before...for sure and IKYN!"
Today I wrote "LT, Please find out when the 10-Q will be filed. Post some information on the blog. Shareholders are very upset by the perceived lack of communication." I will post his reply.
