I wonder what the status of the legal case.

I believe it is still with the presiding judge but more things can come from this case.

Before I give up the ghost on this one, I need to know what that judge decides. If the case goes against Mario then liquidation will happen only after the appeals are exhausted. That might take some time. If the judge rules for the defense then I am sure WD will appeal it as well.

I still believe that Mario has a stronger case. But the judge is the bigger factor than my opinion.

abracky I believe that Mario is seeing diminished demand as the legal issues are ongoing. If those issues get resolved in Mario's favor, it is an open question as to whether or not Mario can resurrect those relationships that had the potential to make us all sucessful. It is also an open question as to how long will it take Mario to get on track.

The legal case might take weeks possibly months to resolve. I guess we shall see what does happen.
