The assessment of the head end being filmon is correct

The problem is, correcting a headend satellite/broadcast feed takes literally minutes, it is not difficult in the age of digital broadband

Worst case scenario, every frequency being able to handle 3-6 channels at once, has an "empty" to default to in case a fix is elongated.

Either the feed they receive sucks or filmon cannot afford to address their issues in a timely fashion, both bad for the customer experience. The above mentioned process is typically automated and requires no immediate human attention.

ICPA still sucks regardless
