Alpine not only filed a frivolous law suit and cause the share price to drop, but also when they didn't hold up their part of the agreement of purchasing $1,000,000 in stock in a timely manner they cause delays which we are still waiting on today. As shareholders we have become frustrated by the delays even though we know the certs and sales will come. The lack of financing by those who agreed to purchase stock in my opinion is the reason we are still waiting on the business plan to proceed. MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
