The lawsuit against RAYSTREAM was filed against them in the 191st Judicial District Court of Dallas County, Texas against the company; Brian PETERSEN, its Chief Executive Officer; Roman RUMPF, its Chief Technology Officer; and Nadia Christian, its Vice President (among others) by Sec Tel, Inc., Joel Warren and Chase Tabor...

TAN SIEKMANN, TOM FRIEDLI and CARMEN TELLEZ were also included in this lawsuit.

I am not making this up and the different threads of discussion surrounding this lawsuit against RAYSTREAM and 6 of its principal members are available on this board to access.

I successfully accessed these court records on April 10, 2012 and successfully accessed them again earlier today.

The further detais about the allegations against the people at RAYSTREAM should still be available as well.

The amount of damages originally being asked for was $200,000.00

The case quickly went to arbitration and the proceedings then were not an accessible aspect of public record.

Does anyone out there have any information as to how this lawsuit against RAYSTREAM was settled and when it was settled?

This information should be appreciated by those contemplating buying shares of this company.
