I don't think the merger is complicated. Pretty cut and dry. I think what seems difficult to understand to most is why? Why stall on building a base around your existing properties and drill, keeping profits in-house and growing to go the way of Armada. If anything, Armada is the one to gain. Well, realistically, we will soon be Armada and will still own MSEH assets. Wonder if drilling on Armada properties will prove successful. If it does, you and I, and others on the board will have changed our sentiment from skeptical to optimistic.

Not sure about current share price other than not a whole lot of sellers recently but that could change toward the end of the year. Good luck to all and enjoy your thanksgiving dinner---watch those calories!
