Why would their be a bid today, with the U.S. markets closed?

I saw a bid on the stock yesterday, but no shares traded.

With regards to calculating the number of shares based on the pre-reverse split, that is a pointless exercise, as the stock is valued based on the current share structure, which is all most new investors have ever known.

BTW, if the diluted number of shares is based on warrants and options that have not executed, and there is no guarantee that those warrants and options will ever execute, then there is little point in talking about them day after day.
