I would not underestimate Perry & his ability to make the right moves. Certainly, he is still learning,, as all of us are. There are set goals & access to resources to achieve them. It's a matter of time,,, & timelines..

Nobody is heading into the Ruby without a headlamp. If we only knew what the engineers know about this mine,, we may be singing a different tune.

As for EB-5 investors >>>>> The profitability of the Ruby Project is somewhat irrelevant. These folks are not buying stock in $NBRI. They are not looking for a return,, other than U.S. citizenship. Therefore, all that is necessary from the EB-5 investors perspective, is that the Ruby continue to progress & create jobs for the next few years...... imo... ;^{)
