ICPA ethics ? How about the Negative Ideals and no tangible proof ? How low do you want it to go before you change to a pumper ? I watch a lot of boards and it is always the same. $ICPA will rise and there is nothing you can say or nothing you can do to change it ! Scare off unseasoned traders but what that is being thrown out is like a broken record where ever I go ! Smile....$ICPA is cream and will rise to the top !
