Let's see, the CFO takes stock instead of being paid in cash for salary, this is the guy who actually is looking at the current financials. He must feel good about the direction the company is headed and the stock price in the future. He is investing in the company plain and simple. We are in strong hands, MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
