We interviewed the CEO in the November Issue of How To Find Big Stocks Newsletter.

As the buzz about HTML5 grows, there is a critical component missing, namely digital rights management (DRM). Looking at the flowchart earlier in the newsletter, there is NO WAY possible that a content owner can keep track of where their content is and who is receiving it. Case in point, even though they are part of the “standard”, Netflix can’t use HTML5 because the video streams aren’t secure. This is another huge opportunity for Destiny. This month DSNY announced they have received a patent in Japan for their digital watermarking technology.

We asked Steve Vestergaard if they have been shopping the IP or application to big digital content owners. He said not only have they been talking to companies with digital audio and video content (movies, music etc), but he also has ideas for document watermarks as well!

This technology would address the massive 3d printing market. One company even made an offer to buy the IP. Steve feels this technology will be extremely valuable going forward and turned the offer down. One of the things holding any licensing deals back, is that they don't have the patent for this technology in Europe yet. They anticipate receiving this patent within 45 days.
