You do understand contracts have already been signed for the product to retail in major stores right? It's shipping out to certain stores as we speak of which you'll have proof soon enough. I think some posters on here actually did some digging and located Snorenz online, for sale, right now. That being said, the only aim for this company is to build a solid company. No one is interested in diluting and lining their pockets with shareholder money. It just makes no sense to convert a note, make yourself more than 10% owner subject yourself to 144 restriction, all the while liquidate over 1,000,000,000 shares into a market where that AS was dropped to 750,000,000. I mean, don't you get it? You're making 0 sense. The filings, the time it would take, and that pay off, would never make sense lol. He would end up making back about the same amount he originally put up 84K imo and that's being generous all considering the fact that the OS explosion of that coversion would tank the share price. Too many restrictions and obstacles out there to wind up crushing the stock price to get what? the same amount he put in? so, that is why that note you will never see it converted. Not ever. It's a deal that will be settled in cash as it was started....in cash. It's like a lean. You're just confusing shareholders imo or maybe you don't understand how it works. That's how it works bub

and once again on Oct.4th shareholders took upon themselves to buy the stock. the company had no care whatsoever and the CEO said from the beginning it wasn't their interest too artificially 'pump' stock. But it wasn't artificial if you notice - - just low volume accumulation this whole time. there is no PUMP and if you read the CEO's statement to shareholders that he tweeted, he reassured the shareholders that the Co. will never use a firm to promo their stock, it's out of the question.

anything else you want to say?
