You basically have a new company here formed through a RS/merger, that is the result of a NIR/AJW fund liquidation managed by PwC.
They are working their way up from OTC pink no info. and have been working to become current and transparent.
Not a whole lot of eyes or investment $ resides in the bottom tier. So as they work to become current and move up the tiers, more eyes ($) will see this and the PPS will begin to reflect it's true value.
They claim to have a lot of info. and news coming, so do your DD starting from last June/July to catch up!
