I guess the administration should take the threat of military action off the table thus ensuring that the message sent was in effect a hollow one.


There are likely many reasons why noone is willing to say there will be no American troops in Iraq in 10 years the greatest of which is that we may end up with a military installation there. The current structuring of military installations throughout the European region is one that addressed the area of need at the time but clearly the need has shifted as Europe shifted and other regions became the necessity.


Saddam going on trial now. Constitution appears it will pass Syria and Iran and others are already feeling the pressure.


All this while every top administration official is under attack. Coencidence? Not for those of us that knew the attacks would heat up at this critical juncture. Noone can see the truth. Or do they?


I keep wondering Why the administration is the subject of this Cia leak probe and not Mr. Wilson himself. After all there is plenty of evidence that he has lied and the real conspiracy here hasnt even been approached. Then again it comes as no surprise to me.


Political hardball by both sides or a battle over the future of the world? Sometimes things arent what they appear and often much time and debate is wasted on the perephirels while the bottom line is ignored.


Apparently Republican officials cooked up a conspiracy to tell the truth about Mr. Wilsons intent and told the truth about his lies and that must result in Republicans being punished. Meanwhile the opposition can get away with anything.



Such a critical juncture in the shaping of the future direction of the world and once again not only do those that want to ensure the safety and security of our nation have to fight the opposition abroad but they must also first defeat the enemy within.



I for one see this whole situation for what it is but i am sure the rest of you see it all quite differently.
