I understand what you are saying... but there are too many variables out there for a settlement. The spread of future royalties is somewhere between 150 mil to 1 Bil+ thanks to the jury past damage snafu. I do not see settlement talks heating up until after Dec 7th when the judge rules on motion 792. That will give us the direction to judge will go in for future royalties. IMO
