You have to try. Doing nothing is worse than doing something like complaining to the SEC.

We need some kind of relief.

This whole thing is so bogus.

A minority debt holder whose claim is dubious takes the company into BK. This is absurd.

We all took risks, possibly crazy risks. But this continuing strife that is at best weak and at worse malignant is beyond what even very diligent can reasonable forsee.
