Actually, I'm trying to figure out which is worse.
1) The JV-partners will dump the stock. Obviously not good for us. or 2) The JV-partners hold on to them. In this case Solomon is handing out cheap shares resulting in the loss of shareholder value.
Losers always lose. They are exceptionally good at creating no-win situations.
Even if Solomon didn't lie, which I doubt, the conclusion should be that he has no control of the situation.
