Here's a real classic, HHSE

Hannover House.

I was lookin at a lawsuit filed this month and doin a little DD on NIR, HLNT and Mel Robinson. The name Fred Shefte came up. I knew that name from past DD searches. So I looked inta Freddy a bit. Shefte is now the president of Hannover House Inc. Non reportin company. Unaudited financials and all the usual signs.

I looked up the corp info at the Wyoming Sec of state. O ya. Shefte is a neighbor of Mel Robinson there in Springdale Arkansas. Anyway I got the company address in springdale and did a little Google Earth thing on the address. The property comes up and it's a friggin strip mall little place. So I go to the Springdale yellow pages ta look up this company that claims they have all these block buster movies in WalMart. That they're about ta sign up some big stars ta do more and so on. Outta a strip mall? Well the yellow pages and their published corp. address came up with this.

Hannover House is a local coffee shop folks. Use ta be two coffee shops but one closed down. Look before ya leap folks.
