Well stated points. They are basically starting from the ground up (so it appears) and projects/financing/etc will take time. I, like most, thought that there would be movement much quicker than this, but that is obviously not the case. I don't think the boys from Dubai took over 3Power because they're bored. I agree with Rook that once the Albania project advances, the full Seawind merger will take effect. The '2 year plan' here has turned into a 3-5 year plan apparently. Life in the pennies........
