I have to agree with you Packer. There are worst fluffy PRs that run. Promoters who load the shares, will move the stock and promote them so well that the PR will be read by many and they kind of cause excitement thus people buy in. We have a sleeping stock with news...that is it. Let's see when this will move off from here...Cheers all!
