"The unfortunate delay in filing the 10-K is two-fold. In the final preparation and audit process a number of transactions in 2010, 2011 and into the first quarter of 2012 had to be carefully reviewed again by our consultants preparing the 10-K. Those issues have been resolved and additional issues (which contributed to the delay) have also been answered. We are standing by to address any additional issues that our auditors may identify.
