An example as to inside forces. We were hovering around $25 When we received multiple upgrades in price targets ranging from $28-$31. We seemed to make it from high teens to mid twenties at a pretty good clip. upon those updated price targets, I for one thought that the so called experts low balled their target prices, and that we would achieve those targets momentarily. However, a month later, and now i'm questioning if in fact it will take up to a year to reach those prices. These people (insiders) do seem to know what will take place with the prices.
