Regardless of what the actual cost of the filings are it is still a positive development to see them getting made. How many pink sheet listed stocks never file anything? AVIX management is making an extra effort now to get the company more presentable to new investors. Hopefully, this is a groundwork being laid for the next round of news on the company's plans and progress.
