Management continues to rely on store employees to "advertise" their product for them. They think employees of stores have the time and inclination to learn the 1000+ ways it works. With turn over rate of employees in the retail industry and thousands of other products they are called on to pimp....no wonder their "marketing' plan has failed.

These days...employees only care about keeping their jobs...not pushing a product no one has heard of.
