I think you're significantly UNDERvaluing the importance of Prurisol. If it works, it would be a revolutionary development in autoimmune diseases. There is a huge patient population that could be treated. Many people are currently using over the counter treatments that don't work very well, because of the significant side effects of drugs like methotrexate, the current standard of care for severe cases.

Don't forget about psoriatic arthritis, a form of rheumatoid arthritis. What if Prurisol turns out to work for that, and other forms of RA? Not to mention other autoimmune diseases.
