I'm so sick of these people, I wish they would just join a commune on another planet.
Bryan Fischer refuses to say when he decided to be straight
Progressive talk show host David Pakman interviews anti-gay campaigner Bryan Fischer.
During an interview with progressive talk show host David Pakman on Monday, The American Family Association’s Bryan Fischer refused to say when he decided to be straight.
“People are not born gay,” Fischer insisted near the end of the interview.
“So, when did you decide to be straight?” Pakman asked.
Fischer didn’t answer and instead claimed that the existence of identical twins with inverse sexuality proves that nobody is born gay.
“I know identical twins that are gay and I know some that are not,” Pakman said.
“And you’ve met ex-gays,” Fischer said. “I’ve met ex-gays.”
“No, I have not met any ex-gays,” Pakman said. “But Bryan, when did you decide to be straight though?”
“The point is David, it’s just like Colin Powell said,” Fischer insisted. “The parallel with race when it comes to sexuality is convenient but it is invalid. I’ll stand with Colin Powell on that one.”
“But Bryan, when did you decide to be straight?” Pakman asked again.
“I will stand with Colin Powell on that,” Fischer reiterated.
For the record, the American Psychological Association says sexuality is not a choice.
