Well,,,,,,, i just called beatty....picked the phone up after second ring he did...He said he didnt recognise my number - I told him i was a stock holder in ASYI, i kept it short , then asked if ASYI was finished, got a obviouse YES from him.He also said he didnt have anything to do with ASYI any more...heard another phone/ring in the backround and he then said it was his son and he needed to take the call...end of conversation...I SWEAR too GOD !
