What HUGE salaries are the insiders getting paid at MDCE ? As far as i can see since MDCE became an entity in 2010 with a new board, I dont see any revenue comming in and only liabillities.
In fact, mind you, since 2007 there hasnt been any revenue. There has been no revenue comming in since 2007. Hard to pay people to do any work generating ideas or just manageing books if you dont have cash.
It appears that since the new board came into being, they have gone out and actually developed new business strategies that could generate income for this company, that were not in place prior to 2010, the "Software Development for Healthcare" project and the "Health Care Clinic" Project, are the only "tangible" ideas to get any revenue flowing in the future.
Any Lawyers, Accountants, Auditors or Transfer agents want to be paid in cash, and as we see MDCE does not have any or has had any since 2007. As well anyone flying to China ( a ticket to china can cost 5k ) or around China, needs to be compensated in some fashion in accordance with their expenses and there expertise.
If making deals was as simple as calling a lawyer in China and the Long distance charges applied for that, I am sure MDCE would love to hear from them. In fact so would I. That would cut my overhead down alot for global business. I think the idea floated on this board of doing contracts in foreign countries only by phone is great for cost effective econmics.
Doing deals in foreign countries is not easier or cheap, if it was EVERYONE would do it. Not everyone is.
I have called MDCE and left my name and contact and have been called back on some questions. I have reveived information that they HAVE NOT received many calls from private shareholders or private shareholders leaving thier contact info to be contacted back.
From my understanding MDCE has alot of debt, and no revenue. This is a concern for me. I would like to know :
1. Who is dumping and moving stock in large volume ?
2. When the clinic will be done ?
3. What has happened to the Software side ?
4. How far any progress has been done on the clinic ?
5. What type fo clinic and revenues will be done from the clinic ?
6. When will regular updates be forthcomming ?
I would also hope that general, specific or inferred attacks on posters here can stop. We all know the TOU, and we are all here to share any information we find on MDCE and whats happening with the company with everyone here on this board.
Finding and analysing informaion through critical comments process is accepted, attacking other posters with opposing or different veiw points is a violation of terms of use and just plain immature.
I want to see a return on my investment and an increase in share value. I dont care at this poiint if its a clinci software or whatever, just to see something making money, and attrcating investors. What MDCE needs is direct investors. as i see it they need money to build or reno or whatever it is they are doing to get this project off the ground and i dont see that in theier financials. If anyone has constructive information regarding this please let me know.
