The reason for the no dilution is because when the people that hold rescricted shares in the compeny go to cash in they are going to make bank. Look at the size of the stem cell market they are getting into its 2.7 billion dollars. MDIN is wanting to take 35% to 45% of that market. That is around a billion dollars. You see why they are waiting and no dilution promised. The CEO has been very transparent with us it is just hard waiting. Of course you got people who are going to take profits that bought shares months ago can you blame them. So just let the dust settle, the big whacking will get done and the pps will increase. IMO
