It appears as though they are just setting the table for the IR campaign which will follow in the coming weeks. It is prudent to develop a PR history prior to launching such a campaign. Once the IR blitz begins, it will be easy for potential investors to find a history of the company by doing rudimentary DD using search engines and/or any of the various stock quote systems.

Well thought out approach IMO.

There shall be no wine before it's time.
