If you are concerned about $17k in shares sold in early August when the share price was still triple 0's then you might what to take that up with the CEO directly.

How about he just publicly calls out the CEO for once again misleading people about not selling more shares? He's the CEo of a public company, he doesn't need to be giving individual shareholders private answers to questions that affect all shareholders.

if you were blocked by the CEO then I imagine that you were very rude with they way you chose to communicate with him. Just a thought.

He recently posted this embarrassing tripe on the KU FB page:

Hello everyone.

For all of you hard working , Koma Unwind loving supporters of mine and our company this does not apply to you...

For everyone else:

There are two things that resonate in my head from childhood to this day from my mother even as I close in on my 46 birthday !
1) If you don't have something nice to say, keep your mouth shut!
2) if you don't like the rules of my home, get a job and move out and start your own home.

Now no one will ever say that I can't handle a heated discussion , difference of opinion or try to keep anyone from speaking their thoughts. However, the BeBevCo & Koma Unwind social sites are our home so keep that in mind when your tempted to violate mom's rules. I care more about our product, people, shareholders than is conceivable so please try maintaining a respectable dialogue!

Thank you
Brian W.

There you go. As far as the CEO of this company is concerned, if you aren't going to say something nicely you need to shut up, regardless of the importance or relevance of what you're asking as a shareholder. I bet no matter how nicely you post info he doesn't want to have people read or questions he doesn't want to answer, he'll remove it and block you. Illusions depend on informational control.
