W2 insiders don't care about the direction of the pps. Their interest is in selling shares, they sell whether it's going up, down,or sideways, because that's how they survive day to day. That's how they put bread on the table for their families, and maintain their easy "lifestyle"

I went to their "office" once. A perfect setup for a share selling machine...lol
Two chairs in one room and a dustpan and broom in the other.
No receptionist, no sign on the door, and millions of shares being sold everday

At least they got a sign now...
