Considering KBLBs vision:

"VISION

Kraig Biocraft Laboratories, Inc. (Trading Symbol: KBLB) is a fully reporting biotechnology company focused on the commercialization of new textiles and high performance fibers including spider silks. Our investments in genetic research are targeted for product development and innovative near term solutions to meet the practical problems of our world."

The company is likely to associate with another entity(ties) to produce a new textile and/or a high performance fiber. Selling the rights to use the silkworms or MS is improbable.
