Our national defense shouldn't be decided by an international poll. Appeasement and capitulation doesn't give you "authority to lead" (Jimmy Carter). Steadfastness does (Ronald Reagan).
Appeasement doesn't create long term peace, in creates long term danger.

"The World" is reluctant to support Bush because it isn't in their own best interest. Do you think France wants to lose their gravy train. Do you think the Saudi's want an arab democracy on their border?
