Nothing about PWEI or Russell Kidder is legitimate!!!

I've been saying this from the beginning...this is a scam for Kidder and his buddies to make money off of victims. He'll use whatever tactics available him into sell more shares. Like promoting a forward split he has no intentions of honoring...? It would move more shares...right? New investors beware...especially when the dumping begins and the prices tanks...you'll be holding worthless shares...and management that couldn't care any less...
