Good communication requires a set of rules.

I do not mind discussing those rules here if there is a need for that. One of those rules is an attempt at decent, polite grammar.

In my statement - 'they' is used as a general reference in place of he/she. it is also valid to your plural usage suggestions.

However, I might make some grammatical mistakes in any of my messages. If you feel that it warrants a correction, please do so.
